Ordering a commission indicates that you have read and understood these terms of services as an individual. If you do not accept these terms you possess no right to access and/or use these services.
➤ GENERAL TERMS :Will draw :
- Fanart
- Original charaters
- Slight blood
- Personas
- Furries
- Ship artWill NOT draw :
- Extreme NSFW
- Extreme gore/body horror
- Fetish content
- Real people (eg. actors, celebrities, personal portraits, family members etc.)
☆ ADDITIONAL COMMISSION TERMS:- References must be provided! (preferably with color)- The client will be presented with 1-2 preliminary sketches, and the initial flat-color stage. You will be free to make requests for any revisions until after the flat-color stage . After the flat-color stage is confirmed for commission completion, no further revisions will be made.- Up to 2 MAJOR revisions per stage (a drastic character pose or expression revision is considered a major revision)- I require a maximum of two months to complete the commission — I have a busy life outside of social media, please be patient.- I work 5 business days. (Sunday-Thursday (PST)). I will not be doing any work on Fridays or Saturdays!- No deadlines or rush fees! (If you really need one, it can be discussed BEFORE you purchase your commission)
$ PAYMENT :
- Accepting payment through Kofi only!
- Only accepting USD!
- Commission will be started after full payment is received upfront
➤ REFUNDING :
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed unless I am unable to complete the commission, or I have not started it yet
☆ USAGE AND CREATOR RIGHTS :- My commissions are for personal use only. I DO NOT ALLOW COMMERCIAL USE.
- Selling commission artwork is not allowed
- Using commission artwork for any form of profit is not allowed
- Using commission artwork for NFTs or AI in ANY WAY is not allowed
- When resharing commission artwork on different platforms, credit is appreciated!
- I retain the right to post commission artwork on social media, but if the client does not wish for me to do so, please be sure to inform me before the artwork is finished.
- I retain the right to refuse any commission or request that I am not comfortable accepting
